Do all disputes between companies go to the commercial court?
Not necessarily. Being a company does not by itself decide which court hears the case. The commercial court hears the matters listed in Article 16 of the Commercial Courts Law, including disputes between merchants arising from their original or ancillary commercial activities, and claims arising under the Companies Law, the Bankruptcy Law or the intellectual property laws. Some disputes are assigned by special laws to other bodies.
