Terms & Professional Notice

The limits of what is published here, the nature of contact through this site, and content rights.

Last updated: 29 October 2026.

1) The nature of what is published here

Everything on this site — the information pages, the articles and the FAQ — is general material introducing the office and explaining the law. It is not legal advice on any particular matter and is no substitute for reviewing the documents and the circumstances of a case.

The outcome of any matter turns on its own facts, documents and dates, and a legal provision or its interpretation may change after an article was written or last reviewed. Nothing here should be relied on to take a step, or to refrain from one, without a specialist reviewing the situation.

2) Browsing creates no lawyer–client relationship

Visiting the site, reading an article, or sending a message through the contact form, WhatsApp or email does not create a lawyer–client relationship, does not mean the engagement has been accepted, and does not mean work has begun.

The relationship arises after the request is reviewed, a conflict-of-interest check is run, and the scope of the service and the fees are agreed in writing. Until then, no one should assume that a deadline has been protected or that any step has been taken on their behalf.

3) Confidentiality before the relationship exists

What is sent through this site before an engagement is accepted is not necessarily treated as information protected by professional privilege, and a conflict of interest may prevent the request being accepted at all. For that reason, do not send sensitive details or documents in a first message; a short description of the nature of the matter is enough.

4) No promise of any outcome

This site contains no promise of a judicial, enforcement or financial outcome, no success rates, no comparison with other firms, and no claim of being the best. Every statement here describes how the work is done, not what it will produce.

5) Client privacy

No client name, case facts, file document or client logo is published on this site. Removing a name is not enough to make publication acceptable. If client logos are ever displayed, it will only be with documented written consent from the person entitled to give it.

The site may refer to official sources or to the office’s accounts page. The office is not responsible for the content of any external site or for its links continuing to work, and referring to a source does not make the office responsible for keeping it up to date.

7) Content rights

The texts and articles on this site are prepared by the office. They may be quoted with attribution. A whole article may not be republished, nor presented as the work of anyone other than its author.

The office logo and the accounts QR code are elements of the office’s identity. They are not used elsewhere, and are not redrawn, recoloured or re-proportioned.

8) Title and licence

The title published here is: lawyer, legal consultant and notary. Three licences are published, all issued by the Ministry of Justice: the licence to practise law, no. 46813; the licence to practise notarization, no. 46/98814; and the ma’dhoun licence for marriage contracts, no. 12058. The number shown in the header and footer is the law-practice licence alone, not the notary licence. Notarial work is provided within the established scope of authority.

9) Limits of responsibility

Reasonable care is taken over what is published, but an oversight is possible and a related provision may change after publication. The office accepts no responsibility for a decision taken, or not taken, in reliance on general content published here without the situation being reviewed.

10) Changes to these terms

This page may be amended whenever the way the site or its services work changes, and the date at the top is updated.

The next step

A contract, a claim, or a dispute that needs a decision?

Send a short description of the matter and the documents that matter, and we will settle the type of service and the right route with you before anything begins. Sending a request does not mean an engagement has been accepted or that work has started.
