Enforcement
From the enforceable instrument to actually receiving the money: preparing the request, following the procedure, answering enforcement disputes.
Many people reach the judgment and stop there. A judgment is a document; getting the money to the person entitled to it is a separate stage with its own procedure and its own paperwork.
The service starts by examining the instrument the client holds: is it of a kind that can be enforced, do its details match, and is the amount specified and enforceable as it stands? A great many requests are returned because of that point alone.
The request is then filed and followed up, any dispute raised by the debtor is answered, and the measures available under the law are considered according to the state of the file.

Questions about this service
The law sets out specific categories, which include judgments, notarised instruments and commercial papers meeting their conditions. The instrument is examined before any request is filed.
An enforcement dispute follows its own track. The ground of the dispute is reviewed and a reply is prepared that protects the progress of the file.
No. Certain assets are excluded by law. The position is reviewed and what is genuinely available is explained.
The next step
A contract, a claim, or a dispute that needs a decision?
Send a short description of the matter and the documents that matter, and we will settle the type of service and the right route with you before anything begins. Sending a request does not mean an engagement has been accepted or that work has started.
