My employer ended my fixed-term contract six months early. Is two months' pay enough compensation?
Not necessarily. Where the termination had no legitimate reason and the contract sets no compensation, you are owed the wage for the remaining term, with a minimum of two months' wage. Check the probation period, the reason given and the contract terms, and add your other dues, such as unpaid wages, leave balance and the end-of-service award.
